I come from a deep tradition of entrepreneurship and business.  As the fourth generation of a family-run business, I grew up with business as dinner table conversation and even started my own as early as the 5th grade! Through college, I pursued theatrical design and found myself working as one of very few women in the male-dominated field of corporate entertainment lighting, managing multi-million dollar projects including Cirque du Soleil, the Wynn Resort and Celine Dion’s Caesars Colosseum.

At the top of my game in the Entertainment world, I found myself with a successful career but drained and spiritually bankrupt.  I was at a crossroads. That is the moment when I walked away from my career, a marriage that was struggling, sold my house, and followed a calling to dive deep into a path more aligned with my values.

From that moment, I immersed myself in personal development and leadership work. Over the past 20+ years I have built deep experience in counseling, teaching, facilitation, retreat leadership and event design.

Alongside this work, I continued to deepen my business expertise, including online marketing, sales strategy, content development, and the design of the systems, automation, and operational structures that allow businesses to function smoothly and grow sustainably.

Today, I integrate this breadth of experience with my deep roots in business to support leaders in navigating the complex realities of running and evolving their businesses. I’ve supported hundreds of business owners worldwide (all continents except Antarctica) helping them clarify direction, strengthen their leadership and build businesses that remain resilient and aligned with their values over time.

I am also the creator and host of the Women in Food Podcast, where I explore the intersection of food, business and the feminine through conversations with chefs, farmers and food entrepreneurs.

In addition to my coaching work, I built and steward Crown Hill Farm, a 13-acre working farm in Western New York that I developed without prior farming experience. There, I grow heirloom crops, raise heritage livestock, and operate a diversified agricultural business that includes education, events, and community programming.

Living and working within this environment deeply shapes my perspective. The resilience, interdependence, and diversity inherent in natural systems inform how I understand leadership, business sustainability, and the realities of navigating change.

The rhythms, diversity, and resilience of the natural world inform how I understand business, leadership, and change.
